RETURNS

Every single piece designed & produced at Shurtz n Skurtz goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in color & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

  •  Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product or wants a different product in place of the previous one then he/she needs to mail us at Shurtznskurtzindia@gmail.com within 7 Days from the date of delivery of the parcel. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to be borne by the customer that is Rs 99. 

Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few Pin-Codes. In this case the customer is requested to send back with the customer name and mobile on it. Exchange are allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.

Return : We don’t take returns on items sold once. We only exchange in case of size issue or defect in product.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.

When Exchange is not accepted?

  1. Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 10% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
  2. Exchanges are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you please read all the details before placing the order. 
  3. Exchanges are not accepted if the piece is specially customized of the customer.

Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for three months. You can see our size chart here before making a purchase. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at shurtznskurtzindia@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order. 

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.  


In order to initiate an exchange or return, please find the 'Returns Form' tab at the bottom of the page. If you have an account with us, you will also find this option in your order history page. Keep your order number and Email ID at hand for a hassle free process.  

ShurtznSkurtz team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
